The houses are offered in 2 versions— The “Dolno”, a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property and the “Gorno”, a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom property, with an additional storey designed to house a “Master bedroom suite”.
The unique design of the houses allows mountain views from most of the living space, including the balcony.This is achieved by having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) downstairs. In the 3 bedroomed house, there is an additional floor, which is designed as a Master bedroom suite. It has a large en-suite bedroom with luxury jacuzzi bath, built-in wardrobe, & full-length recessed balcony.
Both house types feature ground floor entry, entrance vestibule, under-stair storage cupboard, stairs to first floor, open-plan L-shaped lounge with wood-burning stove, fully fitted kitchen/diner and patio door to balcony.
